Daisy Gets Immortalized On Canvas

It's not everyday that you get your portrait painted and everyone was amazed by this painting of Daisy. When we first heard of the Daisy Portrait we had no idea it would be as breathtaking as this and couldn't wait to show it off to everyone.

Artist Katie Houser presented the finished portrait to Daisy over the Thanksgiving Holiday. Ms. Houser has been painting since she was in grade school and is scheduled to graduate this spring from the University of Colorado's business school.

Every time I turned around Daisy was looking at her picture. I think she is really flattered that she got her portrait painted. But we had to get this picture up on the wall before I backed my chair over a mesmerized Daisy.

"I don't think you should have had your mouth open." Sweet William was less impressed and a little envious of the painting. Don't worry William your time will come someday.

It took us awhile to decide where to hang the picture and after trying several different places we decided the best place is in the office. This way we can look at it everyday and if William doesn't want to he can go into another room.

"I wonder if super models make lots of money." Until Next Time,
Doug
